When are my invoices due?
Invoices are due NET10 from the day they are created. This means you have 10 days from the date of the invoice to arrange payment. Invoices are generally created 30 days from when they are due.
My account was suspended, what do I do?
Account suspension is handled automatically for overdue invoices. If you have resolved all open invoices, your website should return back online within 15 minutes. If it does not, please contact support.
What is the backup schedule?
Websites are backed up on the following schedule. Clients should be aware that backups are not foolproof and that if their storage limit is reached, automated backups will not be made. This storage quota is shown in CPanel and is the combination of your website, email accounts, databases, and other information stored in your hosting space.
- Websites are backed up Weekly, Every Sunday. Up to 3 copies are available.
- Websites are backed up Monthly, Every 1st of the month. Up to 6 copies are available.
It is imperative if a user notices an issue on the website, to contact us immediately if a backup needs to be restored. It is recommended to manually go in and download a backup file every 6 months, since we will not retain this information past this time. As mentioned, this data counts against your storage with us, and if the storage is maxed out, it will not be able to save the backup.
What if I run out of storage or bandwidth?
For high traffic sites, we recommend purchasing one of our enhanced plans. If your website just needs additional data allotment, please contact us to determine pricing.
