- Backups are created every Sunday at or around midnight. You should have 2 backup files to choose from at all times. The last Calendar Sunday, and the previous Sunday before that.
- A Backup is taken every 15th of the month, at or around midnight. You should have 1 backup file from the last 15th of the month at all times.
Storing of backup files does count against your alotted disk space limits. However, we feel it is worthwhile price to pay. If you would like your account to be removed from the backup plan, please contact us to do so. Keep in mind that you will then be required to backup your account manually on your own and in the case of an emergency you will need to provide us with a backup file to restore data.
