Why Do I See "Down for Maintenance" error when accessing the Customer Portal? Print

Whilst we are performing maintenance or updates to the Customer Portal, you may see "Down for Maintenance" displayed upon attempting to login to your account. This prevents any changes being made to the data whilst the upgrade is in progress.

If you have not received a message about expected scheduled downtime of the Customer Portal, the maintenance is most likely a quick update that needed to be processed immediately. We apologize for the inconvenience and encourage you to check back within 30 minutes when the site should most likely be restored.

During the downtime, any invoices or automated services will not be processed, so you do not have to worry about maintenance causing you to miss a deadline or a payment being processed multiple times. If you were in the middle of paying an invoice, the payment will not be processed and you can safely run the transaction through again.
