You can login at the Portal Home (http://station.starcresc.com). This is the Login Page for the Client Area. It contains a box for the email address and a password. The email utilized will generally be whatever you first contacted us using, but it can be changed at any time so it may have been changed by you. Please note, these credentials are different than the login details for your cPanel.
Enter your email address. Then enter your WHMCS Password. Now click on Login. You are now logged in to WHMCS and can begin to manage your hosting services, invoices, billing information, and more.
If you have forgotten your password, you can use the Forgot Password? link or contact us to reset your account.
We recommend changing your password frequently, you can do so upon logging in. Doing so will secure your account and your website.
When you are done, click on the Logout Link in the upper right corner. You are now logged out of the account. We recommend doing this anytime you use a public computer to avoid unauthorized users having access to your account.
